We loved the comfortable beds and pillows, and the surprisingly good breakfast. The staff was super helpful and the check-out time at 12 made our morning more relaxed. The location was convenient, close to Elmer's restaurant and the light rail station for easy access to the city. Also, being close to the PDX airport was a bonus.

The king bed was big and comfy, and the AC and heating system kept the room comfortable. We enjoyed the quietness of the system. The location was convenient, just 15 minutes from Moda Center and off the interstate. The hotel was a great option for low-budget travelers, with nice rooms and a good free breakfast.

During my recent stay at Best Western Pony Soldier, I experienced exceptional guest service that exceeded my expectations. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were sympathetic when I had to bring my mom's dog with us after her passing and welcomed all three of our dogs without hesitation. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the hotel's pet-friendly policy made it stress-free. The hot breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options including eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh fruit. Additionally, the pool area was well-maintained and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Despite being close to the freeway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend Best Western Pony Soldier for their excellent service and comfortable accommodations. my stay was delightful and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect location, great staff, comfy bed. A microwave oven and a fridge were available.

Unfortunately, the street was noisy. We had issues with air con, it was a bit noisy.

During our short stay, we found the location near plenty of things to do and see. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a strong and fast warm water shower. The breakfast was excellent, with options like omelette stuffed with components and cheese. The staff was cheerful and professional, making our stay enjoyable.

Spacious, clean room with pleasant poolside view and balcony. Good selection of protein items for breakfast. Coffee and water always available in lobby. Short walk to Max rail. One standout employee, Sarah Ann, had great personality, sense of humor, and knowledge. A memorable experience overall.

Stayed 1 night for a hockey game, great location off interstate. 15 mins from Moda Center. Affordable compared to downtown hotels. Nice room, good free breakfast. Sarah Ann, the best employee, made our stay memorable with her superb personality, sense of humor, and knowledge. Extremely friendly staff who accommodated us after a bad experience elsewhere. We were given a choice of rooms at a great price. Room was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed, and smelled great. Staff let us check in early and provided airport transport. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, close to the airport and in a quiet area. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a microwave and fridge. The breakfast included many options and was served with unusually good orange juice.
